A massive tree at Metzger Elem. school was split in half today during the storm that came through right after the Kentucky Derby. It took out power all over Tigard. This tree is in the field where sports are played and the track is located. It is only feet from the parking lot and if had fallen the other direction would be in the school right now.
Very lucky nobody was playing on this field when this giant came down!!!
