The City of Portland and Multnomah County invite Portland’s communities to attend Town Halls to discuss the 2009 draft Climate Action Plan.
The draft Climate Action Plan is a strategy to decrease local carbon emissions 80 percent by 2050. The plan identifies high-level goals and specific actions to accelerate local efforts to address this issue. Please join us to hear about the challenges and opportunities set forth by this action plan. Your input is valuable.
The question is not DO we take action but HOW will we take action?
