PGE power station explosion in Beaverton

PGE Power Station Hotter than temp.

You just thought you were going to cool off today but PGE's power station had different ideas. The explosions from this Beaverton sub-station rocked the neighborhoods around it and brought sight-seers from all parts of the city. Even parking was at a premium as hundreds were drawn to see this afternoon event. Power was returned to the area at around 5:52 p.m.
