My daughter was living with a guy and he started selling all her personal property when she was working. Come to find out , he was cheating on her. When she found out about it, she was waiting for the right time to confront him. He told her he wasn't sure if he wanted her anymore so she left for the night. When she came home, she found a big mess. He had destroyed all her book, a lamp, and a NASTY note was left by his new girlfriend. He has sold or traded the TV that was being rented from Aaron's Rent To Own on Craig's List. We triedto get Aaron's to come pick up all the furnishings before something happened to it. They couldn't get to it until 3 days later. Then it was to late. The TV and a blueray has been sold, which was NOT histo sell. He and his girlfriend are now making threat s towards her.
We need some help please. We believe that the TV was Traded for a Honda Aspree on Craigs List.

Small Claims court. If it is a rent to Own center they have paper work on it, and if you have the ads and pictures its enough to go to small claims court for. A restraining order to will shut them up and you'll get paid back :-) Good Luck
