I had the back screen door open and herd the wind pick up rustling the leaves of one of my backyard trees. As I shut the sliding glass door, I HUGE gust slammed the tree that was on the right of my patio. After the BIG SNAP, it cracked right at soil level and fell straight North.
It buried (but did not damage) a car across the street and did not break through the roof of the neighbor's house.
