Tornado Damage in Grand Island, Oregon

We saw what seemed to be a tornado initially. It was windy on one side of our place and the other was calm. Debris was falling straight out of the sky even where there were no trees nearby. Then the rain started and the very gusty wind started. It rained over 3 inches in a half hour's time.
