The sudden heavy rainstorm left water several feet past the sidewalks in some Keizer areas. While the neighbors waited patiently for the drain systems to catch up with the deluge of water, the kids pulled out the canoe and made neighborhood visits!
The streets flooded up past the sidewalks so we got the boat out!
