June 19th at 5pm, NE 56th Avenue in Vancouver, WA flooded from heavy rain. My brother (who happens to be sick) wanted to show everyone how high the water gets when it rains very hard in this neighborhood. He is 6' tall and the water at its deepest point was well above his knees.
