The pleasure you get from saving a pet from the pound is only outdone by the tons of love they give back in return. During these tough economic times many people have been forced to give their pets up. Please adopt a pet if you can, they really need you.

In my experience, the critters adopted from the pound are more appreciative than ones from elsewhere.
