As I was headed out of my driveway on this hot and humid morning, I gazed upon a Doe and her Fawn coming out of the forest. They grazed on shrubs only feet from my house. They stopped to take a look at me and headed up the street as if they were going to the nearby Starbucks for coffee. I tried to call my son outside, but instead remembered that I had a camera and took this photograph of mother and child. I'm so glad I took the time to stop and enjoy this most tranquil moment.
