Been a resident in Rufus for a little over a year. Last summer there were many days above 100. This year we have already had 9 days of 100+.
We love the climate with over 325 days of blue sky and less than 11" of rain per year we can adapt to the heat. This is the first time I ever felt that A/C is a necessity.
