Ok my name is Candice i havea family of 5 me my husband and 3 kids one is 2yrs old and 1 yrs old , we just had our 3 child aug 12 09.
we have been living in a trailer park and we had some water issues we kept telling the lanlords please come fix it they wouldnt that was back in may.. other problems have accured since hot water always running , we have to pay for it , we bugged and bugged them to fix it we told htem we werent going to pay rent untill they fixed it . still havnt.. I just got out of the hospital nobody has been home i had a emergency c section so i cant do much but im not taking the kids in the house we have pictures and evdicence of the mold everywhere n the house.
I dont know what to do i have no where to go im staying with mom but cant stay long were asking them to help pay for our moving expenses and they wont. we were told if we fixed the problem our selfs we would have a72 housre notice. that we dont have the athoutiy to shut off the water in hte whole park.
please help me and my family get some help on our problems.i lost everything i can still get my stuff but everything in the bathroom and by my 2 years old room has mold on it, if i waite i wont have nothing its very hard i live in st helens Or.

Get hold of the Attorney General of the state of Oregon. Send him the picture, with story. Or just e-mail them, they will help. Plus you need to get hold of the Red Cross of Oregon too, they'll surely will help. Take Care......

There's just something about this story, and the way you've written about it, that just doesn't sound right to me. I think it's because you're illiterate writing appears forced. Too many areas of your story show non-illiterate thought process/writing

You also need to stay out of the house until such time as it has been cleaned up. This could be a form of black mold which is a nero-toxin and will effect everyone one's central nervous system. You need to contact the Oregon Department of Health.

You need to contact HUD or the landlord tenant union. I had a similar problem and once they get involved if your story is true then they will help you! They completely took over and handled everything me! I didn't have to do anything! Call them!
