Oregon Gubernatorial Candidate Allen Alley is walking from Baker City to Portland. We recently caught up with Alley in the town of Mitchell, Oregon. So far, Alley is the only candidate to announce he's running for governor in Oregon. More will follow but here's a little about Alley.
