Hey my name is Mason Bennett. I am a Cadet senior Master Sergeant in the Civil Air Patrol. I'm in the Broome/Tioga Composite Squadron 292, we meet on Robinson street in Binghamton New York. Civil Air Patrol is not well known through out the United States, and I am here to help get the word out. Civil Air Patrol is the United State Air Force Auxiliary, A Volunteer Organization that helps build team work, leadership skills, self confidence, and more. Our four Core values are Integrity, Excellence, Volunteer Service and Respect. We have three main missions Aerospace Education, Emergency Services, and Cadet Programs. Aerospace Education is to teach Cadets about aviation and space activities. Cadets get to build and fly model rockets, go on orientation flights, which Cadets get to fly a 172 Cessna with an instructor. Emergency Services consist of air and ground search and rescue and disaster relief. Cadet Programs is to help inspire youth to become leaders and good citizens. If you have any questions about Civil Air Patrol please contact me at Bighunter92@aol.com or visit us on the web at www.CAP.gov.
