DescriptionWe have chartered the Amazing Grace tall ship from Gig Harbor, Washington. She is an 85 foot, top-sail schooner characteristic of traditional ships from the mid 1700’s. Colonial Patriot Thomas Paine (as seen on YouTube) will deliver a special message. www.WeThePeople-Washington.org are working with The 912 Project and other patriotic groups in Oregon to organize this event. Victoria Taft, local talk radio host, has agreed to serve as MC for the event. We have a host of speakers lined up to remind us of the principles of the American Founding and our civic responsibilities as We The People. We must raise our expectations for representation and make a more deliberate effort to develop future statesman. The tall ship Amazing Grace will make her maiden voyage on the Columbia and Willamette rivers. Sponsor cruises are schedule in the morning and evening.
