My 10 year old daughter Bailey Ingebrand has been kidnapped by her father Jon Ingebrand. He had a weekend visitation on June 13th and never returned her. His residence is on Norwood rd in Tualatin Oregon and is believed to be working on the near the coast. He stays in campgrounds while he is working. He drives either a red two wheel drive toyota pickup or a 4x4 black toyota pickup. Please contack Washington county police with information

Parents need to quit using their kids to get back at the other party. All parents need to realize how their actions towards the other party affects their child. Children are not messengers either.

Notice my comment did not pass judgement on either party. I sympathize with any custodial parent who has problems with the non custodial parent, no matter which one has custody. kids should be allowed some voice in where they live.

I will find my child because i have the determination that only a loving parent posesses. All I expect is for my ex to follow the same court order that I follow. He has spent years tearing this child apart. Thanks to those who understand.

My child called me in the middle of the night begging me to come home but she was scared of what her father would do to her for calling. I want my daughter to love both of her parents.

I am a female & fought the courts for 6 months to not impose mandatory child support or alimony. I didn't need it nor want it-my ex gladly pays me every month without the court telling him too but it goes to show how female sided courts are!

Screamin might just have kids but there are 2 sides to every story and sometimes the "mom" is the one the child shouldn't be with but most courts are sympathetic only to the female.

I can not imagine the pain of having a non custodial parent kidnap your child. Screamin' evidently has no children or they would realize the gravity of this situation. My heart goes out to any parent who has their child kidnapped by anyone!

Give him a break already. Maybe he had a flat tire or his truck broke down. Or, maybe, just maybe, your daughter would rather be with him than you. Are you a meanie?
