Her name is JulieAnn Mills-Testi. She has no use of her arms but manages to paint the most beautiful pictures with her teeth.

For more info, see her website at www.JulieAnnTesti.Com She gives talks at schools all over the state, with the title of “We are different, we are the same.” The talk helps with understanding people with “disabilities” physical,ADHD, asperger etc.
