DeHaviland -8's flown by Alaska and Horizon all have Flight Dynamics HGS Heads up Guidance systems installed, which provide guidance cues to the pilot and make landing in these kind of conditions a cinch.

Funny, I spent about 20,000 hours flying including some heavy international stuff. I can't think of all that many landings I considered a "cinch" and no close to to the limit crosswind landings a "cinch"...just too much to go wrong.
