Tenants of a house in Hazel Dell,WA; could not pay their rent for 8 months. the owner took them to court to have them evicted, when they were forced to leave the house, all of his belongings were put on the street outside the gate of the house. It is now the second week of the tenants squatting on an adjacent property. One passerby told me that he asked the guy what happened. The former tenant told his story and that he was sleeping on the porch of the house across the street to guard his stuff. He did say that "he would start shooting people if they were to try to steal from him". A source told me that the Clark county Sheriff drives by once in while to find out how much longer it will take him to clear out.

So, it's okay for this POS to 'steal' from his landlord by not paying rent for eight months, but it's not okay for anyone else to 'steal' his belongings or he'll shoot them? He probably wonders why he's where he's at, too...a real rocket scientist.

Interesting. Looks like he has a boat and a camper. Hmm...do ya think he could pay his rent if he sold them? Hmm...i dunno...maybe it would take away his wee wee excuse?

not being in his place i dont think it is fair to call him a "lowlife"maby he is just going through a real rough time right now he might be out of work we should not knock him maby he actualy just neesd a job or some other kind of help

Some people were otherwise unavailable when brains and common sense were being handed out.

This guy is a dope addict and spends his money on dope and alcohol. He and a bunch of buddies decided to party for 8 months instead of taking care of responsibility. I happen to be his neighbor. Fact.

WOW to the neighbor. When I first read this I was thinking how sad he must have lost his job. But noooooooo, I have too much faith in people sometimes. What a dirt bag.

WoW is right. Unfortunately we all will be seeing this in our own nieghborhoods. If its not drugs or unemployment or illness. The world is in a scary place right now and they say it is getting better? People look around you! How can you fix this?

I find it incredible the local cops would allow this lowlife to remain on public and private property more than 24 hours. It seems to me they need to call in a trash removal company to clear the street. What's up with this inaction?
