Charlie was playing hookie from preschool with his Daddy, Jason Rice, and his Grandpa, Chuck Rice on September 16th when he caught and landed his first Salmon! They were fishing on the Nehalem River and as you can tell... he's VERY proud of his catch! His rod was locked in the rod holder and he did all the work on his own! Afterwards, he had to tell every other boat that went by that he caught a fish! The next morning, he also netted a fish for his Daddy all on his own. He's definitely a seasoned angler as this is his 2nd big catch this year... he's first big catch was a sturgeon bigger then him a few days after his 3rd birthday! Happy Fishing!!!
