The guy who started Full City Coffee Roasters in Eugene knows great beans. But what makes this a story worth watching is that this guy actually invests capital in his farmers to help create better coffee and a better community. Why wait for the government to help when you can do it yourself. Now, this is the kind of business people we need to hear more about.
