This is the second mole my husband has caught in 3 years. That should tell you how hard they are to catch. He used a grubbing hoe in both cases, He watches for when the mole starts to dig and then makes his move to strike the ground and pulls the mole right out of it's whole. The shock in itself kills the mole. Then the cats come to take credit for my husbands catch. Good Job Honey!

My dad shoots them. The pressure of the gun shot into the ground kills them. Then is huge black lab runs up and digs up the mole for him. Its hilarious. Only in Battle Ground.
