This is no photoshop joke and it was indeed in portland. My coworkers and I took pictures of it in NE Portland, in the Hollywood district. I have pics of it as well.

I have a good friend who lives in Tulsa and I'll soon find out if there's a Fred Meyer store there. I don't think there is, but who knows? The Google map is vintage last winter, just after their ice storm.

um... yeah, that is the correct location in PDX, it's right at the Fred Meyer there (note: see sign in photo) I don't think there are Fred Meyers in the Midwest.

That is weird. Or eerie. Lighting makes it look ominous. SE 148th and SE Division in PDX.
