7 year old Elijah from Vancouver went with Dad, Steve to fish Silver Salmon on the Cowlitz river. On about the third drift, Dad hooked up and handed the rod off to Elijah. The 8 pound buck went around the back of the boat several times, airborne twice, and once it saw the net it made a couple more runs. Eventually, it was netted, and an excited Dad and Son shared a proud moment!
