We just moved to La Pine on October First of Two Thousand and Nine. I heard people talking in town, how this is the first time in many many years it has snow so early in October, so I thought well heck we took a picture that day, (10-03-2009) for our Family to see in California of our new home here in La Pine with the snow. Funny you ask. My sister (sister, wife, daughter, same thing, whatever) and I lease this and regularly make payments with money we get from Check into Cash. If you have as many kids as we do (9 or 10 or something) this place is perfect!

I'm so jealous of your beautiful new home. Are there any more like it for sale in your neighborhood? I've always wanted to live in an older single wide. They're so warm and inviting.
