At approximately 1:50 pm on november 2nd I received a phone call from a homey sayin there was a ragging tuff fire down the way on SE columbia blvd in vancouver WA..
The cops were nowhere to be seen and neither was there a fire truck in sight. We waited and waited for reinforcements to arrive but none were to be found. With not a moment to spare, we rushed to the seen and assessed the situation. The former proprietor of the vehicle, weeping in the foreground, informed us that his vehicle had just decided to catch on fire. After determining that everyone at the scene was safe and no one was in need of rescuing we decided to use the only means at our disposal to make the public aware of this incredible event. Reporting from our 3 story condo on the Vancouver water front this Eric Unglaub and Rian Hicks with Tuffy News reminding you to stay tuffy.
Tow truck, no. Dust pan....YES!

Not exactly a Pulitzer. It could go well with a local newspaper publishing group notorious for bad spelling and grammar.

Wow. You should write for a news-paper! Such excellent spelling and grammar.
