From Portland I drove straight to Boiler Bay just 2 miles north of Depoe Bay on Hwy 101. The sun was shining and the wind was blowing. That is a great combination and knew the bay would be boiling! I love this place! Date: Nov. 9, 2009 at about 3:30 p.m.
