Since they were letting everyone in for free on Nov 11th, Veterans' Day, I drove to Fort Vancouver to see inside for the first time. It is interesting to see all the old artifacts inside the wooden buildings as well as the historical reference placards that explain how the Fort evolved from a British Territory holding to a U.S. Fort.
