85 to 95 mph winds hit Seaside, Oregon Sunday night and Monday morning. This video captures the early Monday gusts of wind that made it difficult to walk or even stand on the beach. Only a few brave beach combers ventured out in the blowing rivers of sand and surf.

very windy went down to go clamming but there was no way in this wind
