Mini-Water Spout on Oregon Coast

BeachConnection.net caught this oddity in Arch Cape today: what looked like a mini water spout (a tiny tornado on the sea). Or maybe it was more like an oceanic dust devil.

It was actually much more spectacular a second or two earlier. Looked briefly like a tornado. Meanwhile, sea foam was doing some strange, wild things.

i saw it as well at about 10:40am as it moved to the NE. Appeared to go ashore at about Ecola Park.
