We were south bound on I-5 From Federal Way
When it started to POOR.
it was like some one turned on a garden hose.
People really need to learn to slow it down when heavy rain hits.

This was on Monday November 16th at 2:00 pm

This was recorded on the Sony HDR XR520V.

oops, I guess my HD video was a bit to much or it was to large to up load?
