Though the story may seem funny,
I need to aske a seriouse question.

Maybe a reporter can help out here if there is time.

My Questions are this.
Where does all that money we pay on our phone bill go?

These lines have suffered multiple hits by metal thieves, caused outages, and could paossibly create a problem for some one needing to contact 911.

These lines have been Vullunerable for going on 2 years Now.

Has Quest gone Green? waht is the reason that quest can not repair or maintain these lines? and why are they hung using Some kind of String or tie offs? Why not just bury them?

Update Still No word and Quest hasn't fixed the issues at all!

Update Still no Word on what Quest is planning to do. they will probably wait until spring . How ever the driver did call me back saying that these lines are not suppose to be hung like this.

Update Quest sent a driver to check the lines...eh his comment was that that was way out of the norm and he will be getting back to me.

Can KATU please investigate Qwest charges so much yet has issues with keeping up their lines? What is going on ? every one wants money but theyere not willing to proved profesional services? this is far from Profesional.

Phone company: Qwest. As far as your money goes, when you have a $17 per month service, after all the taxes and fees the bill climbs to $31 per month.
