At the age of 40, Vancouver's Marshall Community Center is undergoing a renovation so that it may serve the community for another 40 years. Today, a new drop slide was installed in the deep end of the pool. The new drop slide is just one new feature in the renovation of Marshall Community Center. When the doors reopen in September, there will be a new fitness center, aerobics/dance studio, arts and crafts studio, teen lounge, game room, and renewed meeting spaces and gym. Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation will host a Grand Opening Celebration on September 16. Everyone's invited!
