Leaving Warner Pacific College in Portland to Woodburn was a much easier drive around 3:30 p.m. this afternoon. Drivers were cautious yet steadily moving, fortunately.
Driving along 99E was beautiful in the snow and drivers kept a safe distance, so the drive went smoothly, with much less stress.
