'Frosty' the snow werewolf

MILWAUKIE, Ore. - The snow falls Tuesday afternoon. Nearly three inches of the white stuff covers the ground within a few hours. The temperature is barely above freezing.

Then, here is "Frosty" the snowman. Apparently he "wolfed out" Tuesday afternoon and transformed into a snow werewolf?

It won't be long before snow transforms into rain, and this lycanthropic snowball transforms into a puddle.
