We got 2-3 inches at our home in Alameda. 9-month old Katherine saw snow for the first time. 3-year-old Charlie had a blast making snowballs and decorating our snowman: prunes for eyes, carrot nose, celery arms and grass smile. Grandparents visiting from NY even got on their flight back home without delay.
