Tualatin River-Sign on trail usually several feet from water.

Underwater Park Tualatin River Hillsboro

At Jackson Bottom viewing area of the Tualatin River (usually lazy, a foot deep and 4 feet wide), the river is now huge, many feet deep, and rushing by. The walking trail is totally under water as evidenced by the stairs leading down to the trail and the sign.

I thought at first this was a ticket floating in the water.. kinda hard to make out at first what this was a picture of, but now I see it. I wonder if the sign is waterproof? :D
