At Jackson Bottom viewing area of the Tualatin River (usually lazy, a foot deep and 4 feet wide), the river is now huge, many feet deep, and rushing by. The walking trail is totally under water as evidenced by the stairs leading down to the trail and the sign.

Well DUH... the Tualatin River has flooded Jackson Bottom since the First day the state of Oregon has wasted tax dollars... FOREVER!

I thought at first this was a ticket floating in the water.. kinda hard to make out at first what this was a picture of, but now I see it. I wonder if the sign is waterproof? :D
