Hi, my name is Vienna Garcia and my uncle Florentino was the one who was involved in the accident on 122nd and Stark last night. The only reason I am writing you this letter is because I feel that many people are hearing his story and assuming that my uncle is a bad guy when truly he is one of the sweetest guys ever. Granted he (is accused of) drinking and driving and I'm sure he knows that was wrong, but he's not the kind of guy that would hurt anyone. I also think that he needs to be able to go home and spend time with his family.
What I ask from everyone is that you don't assume that he is a bad guy and that you understand that he is not the first neither the last person to commit this crime.
