Funnel cloud?

Wednesday morning while working at Eastern Oregon University in La grande we noticed this funnel like cloud to the East of us, can you tell me what it might be. Thanks Tony

to me it looks like a linticular cloud not a funnel

I would say that it was NOT a Tornado, because there is not sufficent weather build up around it to support violent winds. It could be due to air circulation but probably not destructive.

It looks like it might be a cold air funnel,i am checking with the NWS on any severe weather reports in your area. I would like to know if it touched down.
