Ride 4 a Cure

RAD Ride 4 a Cure 2007 is coming! Thursday July 12th thru Monday July 16th Tom Kilman will be riding his bike to spread awareness of diabetes and raise funds for the JDRF. All money raised will go to his Ride To Cure Diabetes account. Tom will be riding from Scappoose along HWY 30 to Astoria then south on Hwy 101 to Astoria and beyond. Day three of his trip will have him head east to Grand Ronde and the following day stop in Newberg. Day five will be a long day passing thru Aloha, Beaverton, Portland, and home to Scappoose. Four of the five days have Tom riding about 70 miles a day; day four may be a short 40 mile ride. We encourage anyone who is interested to come out in support and feel free to ride along with Tom for a bit. Jennifer and the kids will be meeting Tom for lunches and hosting information spaces at meals. If you would like to ride along with Tom on one or more of his days please contact us.
