MILWAUKIE, Ore. — A thunderstorm cell rumbled over Milwaukie, Oregon, beginning around 9:15 p.m. this evening, displaying a spectale of lightning flashes, crackling thunder, and pounding rain.

The National Weather Service forecasted twenty percent chance of thunderstorms for the Portland area for this evening.
