The neighbors willow tree fell onto our duplex, our back yards face each other.It was about 1:08am, when it decided to go. At first we thought a tree had fallen in the park, until it shoke the apartment. Now the neighbors are saying the tree that is on our property is are responsibilty and they are only responsible for there yard. All though our next door neighbor has a tree limb in her laundry room and her deck has fell under the weight of the tree.
