Unseasonably warm temperatures, in March ,has brought out swim suits, bikers and, horseback riders to Frenchman’s Bar, Clark County Park early this year. Clark county's Frenchman’s Bar is a favorite spot of local fisherman and outdoor enthusiasts. The park was utilized by about 30 bank fisherman aprox 100 boaters and countless others. This week end. Temps in the low to mid 60s had people of all ages and activity levels out enjoying the sunshine.
