My mom and dad took the boat out on the Willamette River this morning and caught this 31lb salmon. It is the biggest one my dad has ever caught in the Willamette and apparently it put up quite a fight! It almost jumped out of the net but my mom managed to get it back in and they hauled it into the boat. It was caught near the St. John's bridge. Fish for dinner tonight!
