I've been waiting patiently for my first iris to bloom. I planted these bulbs last fall, thanks to my sister's stock of bulbs, and today my first iris appeared!
The daffodils and tulips have all withered away but now I have the Irises to enjoy, and soon all my roses will be blooming too! There's nothing like springtime in Oregon, with its explosion of color!
