I caught these beautiful smallmouth bass 5/19/2010 on the Columbia River near Biggs Junction. Thanks to my wonderful wife Theresa's netting skills, we were able to snap a few photos and then release the fish safely back into the river. Thank you God for an awesome day of fishing and great company.

wow those are some nice smallies! i grew up on the great lakes and love fishing for them -- can they be fished for from shore on the columbia or do you need a boat realistically to get to any shoals or outcroppings where they'd hang around? email me!

Hi, Nice catch :P Is it legal to use nets?? and Do I need a license to fish on Columbia river? also can i use fishing pol to catch these small mouth bass?? and what bate do i use? plz reply to my email thanx rma04@msn.com
