James Anderson, a SE Portland man believes he made what might be the fix to the oil spill. His invention would not only stop the leak, but allow it to be tapped into.

If somebody did have a way to fix it, how would they presenttheir idea and to who. If they are truly asking hollywood for advice I'm sure that there is somebody who has an idea and needs a forum to present it.
