Isn't that upsetting? We have noticed similar plastic trash on several beaches at the high tide mark.

I found continuous a high tide line of plastic waste from Lincoln City to Pacific City and I wouldn't be surprised if it covers the entire Oregon Coast.

We saw this all over Manzanita Beach this past Memorial weekend. It's very sad.
