This is the blog of a friend of mine, Sarah Jones. Tonight is most likely the last night of her 7 year old son Conner's life. He has been fighting the battle against Cystic Fibrosis and Prune Belly Syndrome for his entire life. He is the ONLY person to be diagnosed with BOTH life threatening illnesses. The support they are receiving on Facebook and other networking sites is astonishing...but I think they (the parents) need to be recognized for the amount of fundraising and awareness raising they have done for Cystic Fibrosis and Prune Belly Syndrome. Tonight may be the last night of little Conner's life, but the lives he and his family have touched along their journey are endless.

Little Conner, you have shown more strength, courage, and love for life than most of us ever grasp in a full lifetime. Rest easy and enjoy all that you have so graciously earned in your next life. Your are not alone your family is always with you.
